Ellendale, MN City Council steps in its own POOP Bucket by not following its own procedures

5/9/24 this video is part of a series of over a year long independent media investigation into the happenings and behaviors in Ellendale, MN and by its City Council - who demonstrates at almost every meeting that they have a bias and harassment of a wartime veteran over things like “grass too long” on undeveloped residential lots that he RESCUED from the City when the old owner quit paying taxes. The property has been grown, mowed, bailed, and sold as hay for OVER 20 YEARS - including through the same city council when it was in tax foreclosure.
